Furious Quad Marrakech

Turning a WhatsApp back-and-forth into a self-serve adventure builder

Build scopeLiveVisit site
furiousquadmarrakech.com

Furious Quad Marrakech runs quad, buggy and motocross tours in the Marrakech desert. Every booking used to start the same way: a tourist messages on WhatsApp and someone manually works out what ride fits them.

Self-serve

adventure builder replacing manual WhatsApp booking

The problem

Booking depended entirely on a human being available to answer WhatsApp messages, explain the options, and piece together a custom trip by hand. It didn't scale past however many conversations one person could hold at once, and it left international visitors waiting on replies across time zones.

What I did

01

Designed and built a custom adventure-configuration engine so visitors pick their own ride (quad, buggy or motocross), set group size and duration, and see it come together themselves.

02

Replaced the implicit "ask on WhatsApp" logic with explicit, structured rules the interface encodes directly, so the same trip-building logic runs the same way every time.

03

Kept the experience visual and fast-moving to match the brand: this is a business selling adrenaline, the booking flow needed to feel like part of the ride.
