Car and moto rental, delivered to the airport, booked in three clicks
Ligne Noire delivers rental cars and motorcycles to airports and train stations across Morocco. The business needed a reservation experience as smooth as the delivery promise itself: pick a location, pick dates, see a real price, done.

The problem
A rental business lives or dies by how easy it is to book. The goal was a reservation flow with no friction: transparent total pricing up front, real-time fleet availability across 13 pickup points, and zero surprises at handover.
What I did
Led the build end-to-end: architected the reservation system, designed the booking UI, and directed the team executing it.
Built location-aware and date-aware availability logic across airports, train stations and a dedicated motocross fleet, with one-way rentals between pickup points.
Designed pricing to show the full period total upfront instead of a misleading daily rate, with volume discounts calculated automatically.
Paired the booking flow with SEO-structured content (fleet pages, route guides, city landing pages) built to rank, not just to inform.
